...Nalisha Patel, from Auckland, New Zealand. “We did not want to wait until we were 65 to live life,” said Nalisha, 33. As a lifestyle consultant, she and her husband, Janak, 36, a former mechanical engineer, own and run an online wellness and lifestyle business. Early in their marriage, the Patels wanted a house by the beach and fancy cars, but once they attained this, they became disenchanted.

Janak and Nalisha Patel made some big changes in their life, and fortunately, they had their bucket list to guide them. They've been together since they were 17 and 20 years old. Like anyone that age, they had big dreams; they wanted to travel, have nice cars, a huge house and live by the beach. They wanted it all.
Excerpt from feature: "We got so frustrated with the uphill battle of the business, that almost overnight we literally shut down the business, let all our Personal trainers go, drew a line in the sand and decided to completely transform our PT business into an online business model.
We had been experimenting with online technology for a while at that stage and realised that many of our weight loss programs could be digitised using online automation technology, allowing us to scale up globally…and take back control."

'Do you have any hints for others wanting to take the plunge but are too scared to do so?
So often in life you can get trapped by the mundane day to day routine of it all. Every day can just become a 'photocopy' of the previous day. Pretty soon you can stop being grateful and before you know it life can pass you by. Over the last two years we've learned to appreciate life so much more as we have to leave every destination in just a few short weeks and every new destination brings a new adventure. Having a time limit on each place really ramps up our appreciation for what we are experiencing.'
